We are all searching for treasure in our life.  We seek after the things that are the most important to us—the things we think will bring us the most joy, the things we value the most.  Sometimes in our searching we find truly beautiful and wonderful things that bring joy to our lives, but other times, what we thought would bring us joy ends up being short-lived or maybe even was a false treasure that takes joy from us.  We don’t want false or fleeting treasure—we want to find treasure that is truly valuable and lasts forever! The Bible teaches us that the only true and lasting treasure can only be found in Jesus!  As we search for treasure in our lives, how do we keep from being allured by fool’s gold, and keep digging deeper to where the real treasure is? 
In Jeremiah 29:13, God tells His people “you will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart”.  If we are told where the real treasure is, why would we not seek after it with everything we have? Join us at Camp Shetek this summer as we seek out true and lasting treasure!

Walk or Run 1 mile a day, focusing on your relationship with Christ and growing closer to Him.
This means there will be a total of 40 miles that you will have to complete by the end of the 40 days!
Throughout the 40 days, you will be reading and studying the book of Acts! 
Each day there will be specific verses to read to keep you on track for finishing in the 40 days.
